MANILA, December 30, 2017 — Saturn will remain in Capricorn thru March 2020. Make the most of this rewarding period, by keeping three things in mind:
- Be The Change You Wish To See In The World
- Lay the Foundation, Reap the Fruits of Your Labor
- Move away from outmoded structures; they are bound to collapse
Let's take a close look.
1. Be The Change You Wish To See In The World
Keep a journal. Make a list of changes you wish to see in the world.

Gandhi's words go without saying, do not hate that which you wish to change. Hating will simply bring you more experiences to hate.
2. Lay the Foundation, Reap the Fruits of Your Labor
Think of the change you wish to see in the world as a new temple about to rise. Be a sponsor. Lay even just one brick to help build the temple.
ASTRO-SPEAK: Run a bi-wheel with your natal chart inside and a transit chart outside. The House where you find transiting Saturn points to the area of life where you can lay a brick.
LAYING A BRICK FOR A NEW FINANCIAL SYSTEM
I would often think of the 9th dimension world described in "Thiaooba Prophecy." In that world, people worked to serve the community, and the community took only what they needed; there was no need for monetary exchange.
Thiaooba Prophecy, page 105:
When, at the end of the street, we found ourselves in a large town square, I was surprised to see no boutiques or the like. Instead, there was a covered market where ‘stalls’ displayed all manner of goods that the heart, or palate, might desire. There were fish, among which I recognised tuna, mackerel, bonitoes and rays; there was meat of many varieties as well as an incredible assortment of vegetables. Most predominant however, were the flowers that seemed to fill the area. It was clear these people delighted in flowers, which were either worn in the hair or carried in the hands of everyone. The ‘shoppers’ helped themselves to what they wanted, giving nothing in exchange - neither money nor anything which might substitute. My curiosity drew our group into the heart of the marketplace, right through the bodies of the people - an experience that I found most interesting. All my questions were answered as they occurred to me: ‘they use no money as everything belongs to the community. No one cheats - communal life is perfectly harmonious. With the passing of time, they have been taught to obey well established and well-studied laws that suit them very well.

BLOCKCHAIN
Blockchain is a move to break away from the oligopolized financial system, and a step towards 9th dimension way-of-life. I followed my own advice, and joined those who laid the foundation by buying cryptocurrency. I hope Blockchain will continue to stand for fair distribution of wealth. If not, something else will when the old financial system collapses.
Why the need to lay a brick and help build a foundation? Why not sit back and watch others lay the foundation? The Book of Psalms has the answer to that.
Psalm 128:2 You will eat the fruit of your labor; blessings and prosperity will be yours.
3. Move away from outmoded structures; they are bound to collapse
- Saturn stays in a sign for about 2.5 years
- Saturn is now in Capricorn, and will remain in Capricorn thru Mar 2020
- Capricorn and Aquarius are signs that sit next to each other
- Both signs are ruled by Saturn, the Planet that sponsors the building of new structures, and the tearing down of old and outmoded structures
- When Saturn is in Capricorn, it is a time to build; when in Aquarius, it is a time to tear down
THE RIGHT TIME
The right time to lay the foundation of the change you wish to see in the world is when Saturn is in Capricorn beginning 21 December 2017 thru 22 March 2020. After which, Saturn will move to Aquarius; expect old and outmoded structures across a wide range of industries to collapse so new ones can take its place thru 7 March 2023
And the world as we know it will change in the blink of an eye.
Revelation 21: 1 Then I saw "a new heaven and a new earth," for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea.

Q: What does "sea" refer to in Revelation 21:1?
A: The Holy of Holies or the innermost part of the Temple where God's presence resided, and where the priests and mediators of the covenant could go is called "heaven."
• The inner court, where the Jews (Chosen People) worshiped, is called "earth."
• And the outer court, where the Gentiles could worship is called "the sea."
• "There was no longer any sea" in Rev 21:1 means there will no longer be a distinction between Jews and Gentiles
