Pluto is about power. Nations have long defined power by "who controls the world's economy" and "who has the biggest nuclear warhead." Most people have a similar concept of power—one that is based on coercion and instilling fear.

The highest form of power is a loving presence that does the opposite. It dissolves fear and hatred. It does not coerce.

“There is something about that person that touches me, but can’t explain it!”

You may have come across people who exude a powerful presence that soothes hearts and frees troubled minds without saying or doing much. Their presence alone leads people to do good. Their presence alone brings goodness. That is the most powerful presence.
