Oneness Restoration
THE JUMPSTART SEQUENCE
1. When you catch yourself hating something or someone, tenderly embrace the Hater.
EXPERIENCING THE HIGHER SELF
2. If you want to experience your Higher Self, tenderly embrace the Hater then bring your attention to the Embracer.
The Higher Self is also known as:
- God
- Love
- Intelligence or consciousness of Love
- Christ Consciousness
Practice shifting your attention from Hater to Embracer then back to Hater.
"I am both the Lover and Beloved"
3. Continue embracing until the hate dissolves. Notice the Hater soften and merge with the Higher Self. You can think of merging as "melting in the arms of” or “dissolving.”
This completes the Masculine component and the first part of the sequence:
M + f (The Complete Masculine)
4. When the self does not merge with the Higher Self, it blocks the Love (a wave of light) and produces a Shadow.
5. When the self merges with the Higher Self, Love flows from the Higher Self to self, and then enlightens the Shadow. The Shadow is a a vessel or container (the Feminine).
6. Completing the Feminine component—
F + m (The Complete Feminine)
—is automatic but requires Love to flow consistently; otherwise what will out-picture as "m" or 3D reality will be a Love-Hate hodgepodge—“life is sometimes good, sometimes bad.”
7. Bring your attention to the Unlovable or object of Hate. If you continue to feel hate towards the Unlovable , continue embracing the Hater. Once you feel love towards the Unlovable, the sequence is complete.
8. Continue embracing the Hater to maintain the flow of Love.
9. Close your eyes. Take five minutes to do THE JUMPSTART SEQUENCE, and then come back to read the rest of the article.
The objective of Oneness Restoration is for Love to flow from God to Mankind—from Heaven to Earth.
Oneness Restoration has Four characters, two components, and a specific creative sequence for Love to flow.
THE FOUR CHARACTERS
(Higher Self or the Presence of God + self) + (Shadow + The Unlovable/ All Mankind) = 1
(Masculine + feminine) + (Feminine + masculine) = 1
THE TWO COMPONENTS: Masculine + Feminine = 1
THE CREATIVE SEQUENCE FOR LOVE TO FLOW
(M + f) + (F + m) = 1
WHY WE TAKE IN THE GOOD AND REJECT THE BAD
We are beings of Love. We live on Love; we die without Love.
As we were growing up, we received love. In most cases, the love given to us was conditional. "I love you when you are good." So we shun the bad.
"I am good. You are bad."
The other reason we reject the bad is because people keep on telling us to love the bad—be it the bad in us or the bad we project and see in others or in life situations.
The solution is to:
• Listen to the Hater (the Hater says, "I hate the bad.")
• Embrace the Hater tenderly until the hate softens
Only when I have given myself the love I have been craving can I begin to love the bad.
If we listen to ourselves more—"I hate the bad"—we will harm, rape, kill, and abandon one another less.

1.The Jim Carrey Effect (M+m)
What Jim Carrey is trying to say is—
The "I" does not exist. There is no "I."
He tries to erase the f (the ego-Hater) instead of allowing f to be embraced by M.
THE CREATIVE SEQUENCE FOR LOVE TO FLOW
Love flowing from M + f to F + m
(M + f) + (F + m)
vs.
The Jim Carrey Effect
Love flowing from M to m
M + m
If you erase the ego (f) you eliminate the Shadow (F). While it sounds good in principle, what remains is:
M+m (The Higher Self and Mankind)
Man to man. All mind.
A Feminine component is needed to contain Love.
In this video, the interviewee explains "getting rid of the ego."
Note: Try using the word "merge" instead of "getting rid of the ego."
2.The Love-Your-Shadow Dilemma (f + F)
If (M + f) + (F + m) = 1
and you delete the Masculine components, what will be left is:
f + F
woman + Woman
self + Shadow
f + F is receive + Receive
f + F What you have are two vessels or containers. You need the complete Masculine (M) to fill those containers with Love.
f + F is the case when people experiment on trying to love their Shadow without first merging the self and Higher Self.
